  • Silica Heater: The silica heater helps in easy cleaning of the boiler. The scaling formed can easily be rinsed and no damage is caused to the heating element.
  • Inbuilt Safety panel: Consists of Gate valve and Flow Switch, which takes care of power supply failure and water supply failure. Hence the unit automatically shuts off in case of water or power supply failure.

    Quartz Stills

    The first All Quartz Double Distiller was introduced by us in the year 1980 for obtaining high purity water. Until then double distilled water was prepared by two seperate operations using conventional glass water still, requiring elaborate handling and often leading to contamination. The distillate obtained from glass double distiller could never be used with satisfactory results for analysis in experiments, where trace elements were to be determined in certain biochemical reactions where studies in enzymes have to be conducted. These disadvantages vanished with the introduction of All Quartz Double Distiller made from electronic grade transparent fused quartz.
