The apparatus consists of brass test cup with handely removable cup cover and spring operated rotating shutter pilot jet stirrer with flexible shaft. The assembly rests in air bath which is covered with dome shape metal top. The cup is fitted with insulated handle and locking arrangement near cup flange. Melting Point Apparatus consists of metallic heating block made to receive three capalliry tubes and a stem thermometer at a time. The block is heated with a superior quality element. A focusable lens give a view of the cpaplliries which are enenly illuminated by a showless lamp. A heat regulator contorls its heat. The whole unit is housed in a aluminium cast metal casing having a control panel which consists jewel lights, heat regulator and on/off switches. It is given a stoved enameled paint.

Magnetic stirrers are used in labs. They are available in two designs, with hot plate/without hot plate. The stirrer with a hot plate is made of metal sheet with stainless steel top which serves as a hot plate. Its stirring and heating units are thermally insulated with asbestos sheet laminated with asbestos cement. It is fitted with an electronic regulator to control the speed of the stirrer. A energy regulator adjust the heating of the hot plate. The apparatus work on 220/230V AC. It is finished in oven baked paint.

Water mointoring complete stainless steel body for pyrogen free distilled water. There is a fitted specially designed buffle which prevents water splashing over into the condenser which is so made as to give optimum and speedy supply of the distillate.
